Position: HR Manager

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Job Description: As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the human resources strategy for our esteemed client in Saudi Arabia, in the filed of Oil&Gas. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in alignment with local regulations and organizational objectives.

• Overseeing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.

• Collaborating with department heads to identify staffing needs and facilitate talent acquisition efforts.

• Leading initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and development.

• Managing employee relations matters and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

• Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues.

• Contributing to the development of HR metrics and analytics to drive informed decision-making.

• Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a multinational environment.

• Strong understanding of Saudi labor laws and regulations.

• Proven track record of successfully leading HR initiatives and managing employee relations.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
